ERMA TECH GROUP participated in the 16th Annual Capital Link Greek Shipping Forum on the 5th of February 2026, where industry leaders gathered to discuss the evolving role of technology and artificial intelligence in shaping the future of the maritime sector.
During the forum, Mr. Konstantinos Stampedakis, Co-Founder & Managing Director of ERMA TECH GROUP, took part in the panel discussion titled “Navigating the Digital Horizon: Technology, AI & the Future of Shipping.” The session explored how digitalisation and AI are increasingly influencing both operational and strategic decision-making across the shipping industry.
Mr. Stampedakis shared insights on the current gaps in how industry data is utilised to support decarbonisation efforts, as well as the opportunities AI presents in improving the accuracy and reliability of emissions monitoring and reporting.
